Sauce, Skins & San Marzanos: Tomato Tuesday | Prep Behind the Scenes

Today’s video is a cozy behind-the-scenes look at my tomato prep day! 🍅 I took my organic heirloom San Marzano and Roma tomatoes from the garden, roasted them, peeled them, simmered them into sauce, and even popped the peels into the dehydrator. In between all that kitchen work, I sat down for a little coloring break. This is a fun sneak peek of what’s coming next—my full canning session video!
