How to Make Onion Stock & Leftover Makeover Chili for CHEAP!

Using about ½ pound of leftover taco meat, I reinvent it into a hearty pot of chili by adding extra beans and some all-beef hot dogs to stretch the protein and make it work for our family. This is real-life cooking on a budget — using what we already have, wasting nothing, and still putting a comforting meal on the table.
