I’m not gonna lie, it’s one of those days where you still have to show up and push through, even when you feel run down. I’m getting myself together, talking through what’s going on health-wise, and still making sure life keeps moving—because as a mom and a student, there’s really no “pause button.” I also share what’s going on at home because Ariana is home for three days, so it’s that juggle of school mode and mom mode all at once. I try to keep things realistic and honest about how it feels balancing my schedule, my family, and my goals—especially on a day when my body is clearly telling me to slow down.
