Finding the Equation of a Line in Slope-Intercept Form - This video teaches you how to find the equation of a line in slope-intercept form using the rise over run and y-intercept components. The steps are 1) find slope using m = rise divided by run; 2) find the y-intercept by reading the value off of the graph or when x=0; and 3) substitute these "m" and "b" values into your y = mx + b equation to complete the slope-intercept form.
