Grape Jam | Homemade Jam Recipe - Pectin Optional | Step by Step Canning of Jam!

Today we will be going over How to Make Homemade Grape Jam! By taking some plump Concord Grapes and adding some Sugar & Lemon Juice (and Pectin if desired), then cooking it as we go over in the Video, you end up with a Beautiful & Delicious Homemade Grape Jam. This is wonderful for the classic PB&J sandwich, served on toast or used as a delicious addition to a sauce. By simmering the grapes (with the skins on) prior to prepping (removing skins & seeds) you help to release some of the grapes natural pectin for making jam.
