Elephant Garlic | Fall Garlic Planting | How to Plant Huge Garlic Cloves for Harvesting Next Year!

Today we will be doing some Fall Garlic Planting where we Plant some Elephant Garlic. This is a really fun Garlic Variety to Plant. They have Huge Cloves; each one as big as a golf ball or larger! By adding some Soil Amendments and planting with the proper Depth & Spacing, hopefully these beautiful Elephant Garlic Cloves will grow to make some Great Garlic next year! These Garlic Plants will over-winter in the ground and then next Spring sprout up from the ground. Then they can be harvested late summer with the other Fall Planted Garlic Cloves like you see in the grocery store. I'm looking forward to seeing what grows out of this Raised Garlic Bed Next Year!
