Month two in Dauin didn’t go exactly as planned—it went better (and much faster) than we ever expected. While I was away in the Caribbean, a "literal explosion" of activity hit The Dive Hub. We went from a quiet startup phase to a 1,000% increase in divers overnight. In this episode, we’re looking at how the team handled a "baptism by fire" while we simultaneously finished the physical shop, finally getting a roof over our heads that keeps the rain and termite pellets out.
