π¨ The $3 Refillable Aerosol Sprayer! | Spray Anything, Refill Forever parts https://amzn.to/4fFrHeP https://amzn.to/4tOuOEJ https://amzn.to/4e3cenJ https://amzn.to/3RkTOGm Why keep buying disposable spray cans when you can build your own refillable aerosol sprayer for less than the cost of a cup of coffee? In this video, I show how I built a simple pressurized spray bottle using an old juice bottle, a Schrader valve, and a spray-can valve. The result is a surprisingly effective reusable aerosol system that can be filled over and over again with the liquid of your choice. Need a fine mist of olive oil for cooking? Need to spray water on plants? Need a portable sprayer for cleaning solutions or other household liquids? Just unscrew the lid, refill, repressurize, and spray again. Simple. Cheap. Effective. And best of all... no more throwing away empty spray containers. π§ In This Video β Building a reusable aerosol sprayer β Installing a Schrader valve β Using a standard spray valve β Pressurizing the bottle β Creating a fine spray pattern β Refilling in seconds β Multiple real-world applications β Low-cost DIY engineering π‘ Great Uses π³ Olive oil cooking spray πΏ Plant misting π§ Water sprayer 𧽠Household cleaning solutions π² Bicycle cleaning π Car detailing πͺ Window cleaning π Camping and outdoor use π§° Workshop applications π Hundreds of household uses β‘ Why This Design Is Awesome β Costs less than $3 in parts β Refillable indefinitely β No batteries required β No expensive cartridges β Uses common components β Lightweight and portable β Adjustable spray patterns β Environmentally friendly β Easy to build β Easy to repair π§ The Engineering Idea The concept is surprisingly simple. A Schrader valve allows compressed air to be added to the bottle. The pressurized air pushes liquid toward the spray valve. The spray valve atomizes the liquid into a fine mist. The result is a reusable aerosol system that behaves much like a commercial spray product but can be filled repeatedly with whatever liquid you choose. It's one of those projects that makes you wonder: "Why didn't I build this years ago?" π Better Than Disposable Every year millions of disposable spray containers end up in landfills. This simple project can be reused again and again. Refill it. Pressurize it. Use it. Repeat. Less waste. Less cost. More fun. π¬ Got an Idea? Only use containers and materials appropriate for the pressure involved. Always wear eye protection when testing pressurized systems. Inspect components regularly for wear, damage, cracking, or leaks. Do not use flammable liquids, fuels, solvents, compressed gases, or hazardous chemicals unless specifically designed and approved for such use. Improper construction or use may result in component failure, personal injury, or property damage. β οΈ DISCLAIMER This video is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only.
