And don’t get me wrong, I understand the science behind them, the science of aroma and the science of flavour all say they SHOULD work. But does that mean they DO work? I'm sceptical, because let’s be honest, some of these sound bizarre. That being said, controversial opinion: Fanta and chocolate ice cream, that’s on a whole new level. Surprising? Yes. Unusual? Yes. But does it work? Absolutely.
