Ingredients - 3 Protein Tortilla Wraps - 4 Tablespoons Cottage Cheese - 1 Handful Asparagus cut into thirds - ½ Broccoli cut small - 200ml milk - 4 eggs - 2 slices honey roast ham - 30g cheddar cheese (plus however much you want) - Little bit of oil for the wraps - Salt and pepper Method Cook the broc and asparagus for 2 minutes in boiling water.
