The session starts with an attacking wave practice led by physical performance coach Jack Richardson, with a focus on the high-speed running and endurance work that forms part of the club’s counter-attacking game model. It progresses to an attacking wave game in which groups of four attack against one and then two defenders, and then a conditioned 10v10 game designed to apply the principles introduced in the first two practices in a game situation.
