Therapy Tools for Climbers

We have both been climbing for over 20 years and that has meant that we have had our share of little climbing injuries, niggles and muscle strains that can result from pushing your body hard when climbing. We talk through the therapy eqipment that we have found the most useful for us, to help treat our climbing injuries and enable us to keep climbing hard. This is based entirely on what we have found works for us through, trial and error and researching fixes to our own climbing injuries.
