This is my first full game back after surgery and recovering from an L5 fracture in my back, and I couldn’t ask for a better matchup to return to the field. You’re watching the full game between IMG Academy National Black and Archbishop McCarthy High School, one of Florida’s true high school baseball powerhouses. McCarthy is known year after year for fielding elite teams, competing at a high level, and producing serious talent — and they showed it in this one. This was a tight game throughout, with both teams battling inning by inning. Big moments, competitive at-bats, and high-level baseball on both sides — until we were able to pull away late and finish strong.
