This is a great chicken sandwich and the results in the Air Fryer are fantastic! Subscribe if you want to watch more Air Fryer videos: https://www.youtube.com/theairfryergeek?sub_confirmation=1 Share this video with a friend: https://youtu.be/mqPJvu4n_n8 Ingredients 1 Chicken Breast split in half Brioche Buns Pickles - For the marinade 1 Cup of Buttermilk 1/2 Cup of Hot Sauce 1 TBS of Sea Salt - For the Mystery Sauce 2 TBS of Ketchup 2 TBS of Mayo 1/2 TBS Dijon Mustard 1/4 TBS of White Sugar 1/4 TSP Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 TSP of Frank's Red Hot Sauce - For the breading 3/4 Cup of AP Flour 1/3 Cup of Corn Starch 1/2 TBS Granulated Garlic 1/2 TBS of Sea Salt 1/2 TBS Smoked Paprika 1/2 TBS Black Pepper Let the chicken marinade for 2-24 hours in the fridge. Cooking Time and Temperature 370F for 3 minutes. Apply oil. Cooking for another 5-6 minutes. Raise temperature to 400F for the remaining 4 minutes.
