I am using the Instant Pot Air Fryer for cooking ➡️➡️➡️ https://amzn.to/3gob31S Ingredients: 1 Large Chicken Breast Split in Half For the Marinade 1 cup of Buttermilk 2 Eggs 1/4 cup Hot Sauce 1 tbsp of Salt For the Batter 1 cup Flour 1/4 cup Cornstarch 1/2 tbsp Salt 1/2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning (I used Slap Ya Mama ➡️➡️➡️ https://amzn.to/3hZsQwR) 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper 1/2 tbsp Smoked Paprika 1/2 tbsp Cayenne or other powdered chilly 2 Brioche Buns 2 TBS of Oil 2 TBS of good quality Mayonnaise Sliced Pickles Directions Mix the ingredients for the marine. Place the breast in a plastic bag, and marinade it for 2-24h. Mix the ingredients for the coating/batter. Take the marinated breast out the plastic bag and place it directly into the batter. Spray and brush oil all over the chicken pieces to guarantee uniform cooking. Cook for 8-9 minutes at 365F.
