🌴 French Polynesia is paradise… but what happens when fuel becomes uncertain? This week we find ourselves in Taha’a, French Polynesia — one of the most beautiful islands we’ve visited so far. But as we arrive, we start hearing rumors around the docks about fuel rationing and potential global shortages. While nothing is confirmed, it forces us to make an important decision: 👉 Do we fuel up now and play it safe? 👉 Or risk continuing our journey through the Tuamotus and Marquesas without the extra range? Even filling our fuel bladders wouldn’t give us enough range to reach Hawaii, but it would give us some insurance if things take a turn. You’ll have to watch to see what we decide… ⸻ Once that decision is made, it’s time to get back to what we love most — exploring. Taha’a completely blew us away. From crystal-clear lagoons to one of the most unique experiences we’ve had yet: 🌱 Touring a traditional vanilla farm and learning how vanilla is grown and harvested in the South Pacific.
