Butternut Squash Soup | Easy Instant Pot Recipe | The BEST Fall Soup

Happy fall y'all! The changing of the seasons means that fall squash and other produce are the cheapest I can find them all year. And that means it's fall soup season in my house! I wanted to share with y'all the recipe for my absolute favorite fall soup, butternut squash soup! I've only made this soup in an Instant Pot, but I'm pretty sure it would also come out great in a slow cooker. The version I make isn't vegan friendly, but can be made so by simply substituting chicken broth for vegetable broth and cream for coconut milk. A reminder to use an abundance of caution if using a blender to blend your soup. Wait for the contents to cool and blend in very small batches.
