In today's video I talk about ways house plants can help with mental health, the ways I use nature in my home to help me stay active, and give me a way to give my frustrations a healthy outlet. While plants have a lot of proven ways that can help relive stress and lower anxiety, I would like to encourage anyone struggling to please seek help. We are blessed to live in an age where people are beginning to be more open about the realities of living with less than desirable mental health, and I believe this conversation needs to be encouraged and normalised.
