I saved the best for last, so be sure to stay until the end... 😏 I missed my upload day last week...eek. This video hopefully makes up for it though! It is CHOCKED FULL with all my current self care habits and wellness tips that have benefited me SO MUCH during the past few months. Most of the video is geared to winding down for sleep and relaxation because most of my extra self care time usually happens in the evening. BUT, I did throw in some general ones that are more day-time quarantine mood boosters... they still have a night time application though!
