The Philips handheld travel steamer stood out to me as one of the more powerful lightweight options, and it was the most leak-proof. I didn’t see sputtering or water stains even when held horizontally, and it heats up fast in about 25 seconds. The fold-down handle makes it easier to pack, though I wish it came with a heat-proof bag since it takes a while to cool down.
