In this live stream (Day 4, London), I’m basically doing the real behind-the-scenes stuff: getting my audio and stream setup locked in, tweaking levels, checking which mic I’m even on, and sorting Stream Manager/stream info on the fly. It’s one of those “testing, testing, testing… are we sounding?” mornings where you can see how quickly things can get fuzzy if you don’t keep an eye on settings. I even had a moment where something tried to power off mid-sentence, so I’m adjusting volume and trying to keep the stream stable while still gaming. Game-wise, I jump into a black-and-white, old-school detective game with serious Cuphead vibes, but with this Mickey Mouse/Max Payne-style noir feel. I’m figuring out controls, puzzles, saving at typewriters, hunting for coins/collectibles (I’m one of those guys that has to sweep the room properly), and dealing with enemies that run up quick—so yeah, the melee (“these hands are certified”) starts doing work. I also switch from mouse and keyboard to controller because it was getting strenuous on my wrist, and honestly it feels way better for this kind of chilled-but-actiony gameplay. It’s a cheeky impromptu pre-wedding stream, but we still get proper first impressions: art style is wavy, animations are jokes, and the game loves hiding secrets.
