The DJI Neo 2 is almost perfect, but the 10-minute real-world battery life has been a dealbreaker. I tested a modified 3300mAh battery that finally fixes this. If you’ve flown the DJI Neo 2, you know the struggle. DJI claims 18 minutes, but in reality, we’re landing at the 10 or 11-minute mark.
