Team ZMü - Analytics, Discovery, and Expectations

As we have been trying to make the changes in the last couple of weeks upon my return to bring this team back to it's former glory and have been very successful in doing so, NOW we discover more issues that needs to be addressed. Recently, I took back control of the Playlist and the FT List and the Rewards List. In doing so, I discovered that this team has truly fallen so far from where it was before and needs to be fixed ASAP. 1. The views on the playlist is too low 2. Members being stagnant or complacent 3. Members have no idea how to read analytics 4. MODs not able to understand Discovery SS 5. New members having the wrong expectations when they assigned to a group. The list is long and as I thought that we are almost done with adjustments, apparently NOT. This LS will help determine who stays with the Team and who doesn't. Much information will be presented and every single member of this Team needs to be aware of it. I understand that others may not be able to attend as time difference may conflict - but for those who can better be there, this is not an option for many who are in the right timezones, unless you have some pre-arrange commitments, that's fine. I was really hoping that we as a team can move forward to the next level of progress as most of the fixing was done, but I didn't realize that there was these other issues in the Team, so it's time to fix these issues ASAP.
