Self Defense Law Explained

Criminal law professor, Kimberly Ferzan explains the law of self defense and how it can justify the use of deadly and non-deadly force. Ferzan, a nationally recognized criminal law expert and a professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Law explains the legal doctrine of self defense and what is required in a court of law for the affirmative defense.
