M18-Load Cell Vise Build Ep 1 JAWS: Creating Custom Force-Testing 'Jaws' Using a Harbor Freight Vise

This week is the first of a two-part series featuring a crazy project I decided to pursue, which is creating a means of force-testing pliers, crimpers, and similar tools using an inexpensive Harbor Freight vise. This first part is creating the actual 'jaws' which will measure the force. The entire Franken-vise is powered by a Milwaukee M18 battery. This might not be everyone's idea of a weekend project, but I enjoy the challenge and learned a lot along the way. Hopefully you will too.
