This is the official Ecamm Live 4.5 Beta download page, which is where I grabbed the build to test Dual Mode. The beta runs as a separate app alongside your main Ecamm install, but it pulls in your existing scenes and overlays—so you can start experimenting fast (just duplicate your profile first).
