D'Addario Mic Mute
The D’Addario Mic Mute was one of those “wait… that exists?” pieces of gear. It uses an infrared sensor so it knows when you’re in front of the mic and mutes automatically when you’re not—very clever for live stages where open mics can get messy fast.
