ALONE: Night Fishing on the Beach

Graeme heads down for a windy night fishing session alone on a South Coast beach, hoping to try a test between Carp rods and regular beach fishing rods. Would there be a difference? Can you actually cast out with a Carp rod and hope to have a chance of catching? Graeme still doesn’t know why it should happen when all the rigs are fished side by side. Then he drops into Grant’s Tackle Up to get some tips on fishing maggots in the colder Winter months on lakes and rivers. All interesting stuff, and there are even groundbaits designed for cold water fishing. Finally he drives over to Mike’s woodland to fit a heat shield around his small wood burning stove.
