In this video I’m packing with you for a work trip to Los Angeles, and I’m walking through my full carry-on travel routine from start to finish. I show you the luggage I’m using, how I set everything up before I even start folding, and the exact way I plan outfits so I’m not overpacking “just in case.” I’m very much a cozy-but-put-together traveler, so everything I pack is meant to mix and match, feel comfortable on travel days, and still look chic once I’m there. I also share how I build quick outfit mood boards for the trip (this is my favorite way to make sure everything goes together), then I turn that into an actual packing list in my Reminders app so I don’t forget the random little things. After that, I pack the clothes I’m bringing, and then I do a full “what’s in my carry-on” breakdown—aka the essentials I want within arm’s reach while I’m flying and going straight into work trip mode.
