More Women in Engineering Would Be World Changing

In this episode, we chat with Khushbu Nayer from Zimbabwe, who shares her transformative four-year journey as a biomedical engineering student at Swansea University. Pivoting away from the health sector, Khushbu chose her degree because it combined the most exciting aspects of both disciplines. Her story emphasises the importance of personal growth and building a supportive community. From her role as a student ambassador to her involvement in the Women in Engineering Society, Khushbu discusses how these spaces provide not only support but also empowerment for women in STEM.
