JAPAN: 3 Weeks Travel And Local FOOD Vlog | Osaka, Hiroshima, Himeji, Fukuoka, Kumamoto and more!

We spent 3 Weeks in Japan traveling from Osaka all the way to Fukuoka on the Kyushu Island and Eating many delicious local foods wherever we stopped. Japan is one of our favorite holiday destinations, and its always such a joy to travel around the land of the rising sun! In this vlog we visit many popular spots along with lesser known cities and areas! If you are looking for inspiration on what to do and visit in Japan, sit back and enjoy this video we made! We traveled around mid March to early April, just in time for the 2024 season of Cherry Tree Blossoms (Sakura). In this video we visit Osaka where we dive deep into local food like Takoyaki and Okonomiyaki, but also attend a Sumo tournament and visit Super Nintendo World in Universal Studios Japan! We visit the iconic castle in Himeji and the many shrines of Engyoji in the nearby mountains! We explore Hiroshima and their local version of Okonomiyaki! We travel to Miyajima Island where the famous red torii gate stands in the waters and of course try streetfood. In Onomichi we go on a scenic temple walk in this seaside town and also try their local take on Ramen! We also take a speedboat over to the Shikoku Island to visit Matsuyama to check out the famous castle and the Dogo Onsen hotspring town. We also spend a few days in Beppu which is famous for the many hotsprings and Onsen establishments, visit the 7 Hells of Beppu and eat a lot of nice food along the way! We take a daytrip to the mountains of Oita Prefecture and visit the small town of Yufuin. We then head over to Fukuoka to eat a lot of Ramen, visit Yatai food stalls, enjoy the Sakura trees blossoming and take a daytrip to Dazaifu. We head down south to Yanagawa where we take a boat ride along it's long intricate network of canals and try the local specialty of Unagi (Fresh water eel). We also return to Kumamoto to see the progress on the restoration of the famous castle and visit the cities nice Japanese garden.
