There is a village in Hungary who fights it's problem with Population decrease by offering free money to those who wish to move there and live there. The Village of Eperjes today has less than 400 residents, and is willing to spend large amount of Hungarian Money in order to stop the negative trend especially in the light of it's aging population. But as I was looking more into this, it got me thinking about Housing in Hungary, countryside vs the big cities and what the future looks like today. In this video I am sharing my views on the program that the small village is doing, and my thoughts and opinions about housing and the reality of building a family in Hungary today.
