I love Abbey Sharp's What I Eat In A Day Review videos! I love watching an expert in the field actually give fact-based food info! Plant based recipes for beginners can be overwhelming! There's so many vegan recipes out there, especially vegan recipes for beginners. You do not have to be vegan to be sustainable or zero waste. The zero waste movement and veganism have a lot of overlap. However, there are so many reason why people can't go vegan. I'm all for the cause! But at the end of the day, do what's best for you. You could also look into a climatarian diet. A climatarian diet is all about doing your best for the planet.
