Time To Try Prone Foil - My First EVER Attempt! 🏄‍♂️ (Learn To Foil Surf) | Stoked For Travel

I've been intrigued by the world of foil surfing for a while now and I finally decided to take the plunge and give prone foil a go. Here are my first impressions on how it compares with surfing, along with HEAPS of bails and chaos from my first session in the water! Foil surfing has taken off heaps in the last few years and with so many awesome prone foil beaches around Byron Bay and Lennox Head I've seen plenty of people effortlessly carving around on glassy swells. And after toying with it for a long time I finally bit the bullet - along with my brother a few buddies - and have decided to learn how to prone foil, aka foil surfing. This is a raw and brutal look at my first session, where I fell ALOT and was very humbled by the whole experience - including my first impressions and thoughts on the transition between surfing and prone foil.
