More big East Coast swells and out of all the Byron Bay surf spots, Broken Head was the place to be this weekend! Here are some of the highlights from Sunday morning, featuring Torren Martyn surfing some epic barrels, as well as plenty of other locals making the most of the pumping swell! When it comes to surfing Byron Bay, Broken Head Beach is usually one of the mellower spots. But every so often, when the sand is just right and the swell is coming in from the right direction, the point lights up and produces some absolute gold. The first weekend of August was the perfect combo and there were some epic barrels to be had. In amongst the crowd a total stand out was Torren Martyn surfing - contorting himself in to some nuggets and definitely scoring the waves of the day, Wish you were here?
