I bought this Faulty TOMYTRONIC 3D Planet Zeon | can I FIX it?

This Tomytronic 3-D thing was bought off of from eBay a few years ago. It's been sat around since then, and I'm finally having a look at it. As it's so old, the eBay listing no longer exists, so I've no idea what's wrong with it. So, let's take a look, and see if we can fix it! Hope you enjoy! Steve PS.
