If I had to rank the best ways to get home service clients in 2026 and beyond, this is exactly how I’d look at it: S Tier: Meta ads Organic Google Maps These are the big dogs. Meta is insanely scalable and builds brand while it gets you leads. Google Maps is free money if you actually work it right and keep stacking reviews. A Tier: Google Pay-Per-Click Referrals Google PPC is some of the highest-intent traffic you can buy, but Google knows that too, so they charge for it. Referrals are elite economically, but you can’t really scale them on command. A/B Tier: Google Guaranteed depending on trade B Tier: Instagram organic Direct mail These can work, but they’re not where I’d start. They’re better once you’ve already got the heavy hitters dialed in. C Tier: Thumbtack Slightly better than the true dog water options, but still a lead aggregator. Not something I’d build my business on. D Tier: Angi Yelp paid You’re basically paying a middleman when that money could go somewhere way better. Yelp reviews matter a little for SEO and old-school buyers, but giving Yelp your money is never a good decision in my opinion. The big lesson: Get the S tiers working first. Then go to A tiers. Then explore the rest. Most of you are trying random channels before you’ve even squeezed the juice out of the obvious ones. Follow for more systems that scale.
