Black Lives Matter! And it's not the responsibility people of colour to be patient with us while we learn about racist programing. But it is our (white people's) responsibility to hold each other accountable and have these discussions in any way that can bring change. So lets have a respectful conversation about our responsibilities and a change that we can make today that can set us on a path of more change. Please check out this list of resources.
