About This Video

In this video I’m giving you my honest MiraDry update three years later, because I still get DMs asking if it “worked,” if I still sweat, and if I’d do it again. I walk through what my results have realistically been like over time (not a perfect, never-sweat-again situation), and I answer the questions I see the most—especially for anyone who’s thinking about booking their first treatment or debating a second round. I also share where I got it done (DuPage Medical Group / Belleza Skin Care in Wheaton, Illinois) and point you to my full MiraDry playlist so you can see my first procedure, my second procedure, and earlier updates in order. My biggest takeaway: it can be a really helpful option, but you need realistic expectations and you should go into it knowing results can vary and changes can happen over time. If you’re in the “is this worth it?” stage, this is the long-term, no-fluff update I wish more people posted.
