Линос-Александр Сицилианос, Председатель Европейского Суда по правам человека, обратился к участникам онлайн ПМЮФ 9 ½: Законы коронавируса. Господин Сицилианос отмечает, что с учетом масштаба кризиса введенные ограничения основных прав и свобод человека в большинстве случаев являются обоснованными, однако, такие меры должны носить исключительно временный характер. Спикер также подчеркивает, что государствам следует создать все необходимые условия для смягчения негативных последствий от введенных ограничений. Linos-Alexandre Sicilianos, President of European Court of Human Rights, addressed the participants of the online SPBILF 9½: Rule of Corona. Mr. Sicilianos indicates that in view of the magnitude of the crisis introduced restrictions on the fundamental human rights and freedoms have a legitimate aim and, in most cases, they seem to be proportionate, nevertheless, adopted measures should be temporary. In addition, the speaker emphasizes that reasonable efforts should be made to mitigate negative effects of the imposed restrictions.
