I think I just created a great recipe smoking chicken then deep frying with no batter. I smoked the chicken at 225 Fahrenheit until it becomes 150 internal then I deep-fried in 350F oil for about seven minutes checking the temperature afterwards making sure it’s at least reach 165 then I will let it rest or in the oven to carry over to about 180 tossing some sauce and it turns out amazing!
