Watch Catherine, Faye and I make this yummy chicken white sauce Cajun lasagna Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Oil a baking dish. make the sauce Place a saucepan over medium heat. Add the 8 tbs butter and when it’s melted and no longer foaming, stir in the garlic and flour. Cook 30 seconds, then gradually whisk the half and half into the pan. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce is thickened. Remove from the heat and add the Parmesan, cream cheese. assemble the lasagna Whisk the egg and 16oz ricotta in a small bowl until blended. Spoon some sauce on the baking dish and top with 3 lasagna noodles, followed some of of the ricotta, chicken, Kajun Kick Seaoning, mozzarella, Parmesan and some of the sauce. Repeat the layers and pour the remaining sauce and Parmesan over the top layer of noodles. Bake uncovered 35-45 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling and the inside reads 165°F. You may want to cover lasagna the last half of cooking.  Let the lasagna cool for 15-20 minutes before serving.
