Ingredients: 3-4 halved bell peppers 1 Ib ground beef 1 8oz block cream cheese 1 can Rotel 1 TSP garlic powder Chopped onion Directions: Brown beef and saute onion in pan. Add seasonings. Add cream cheese and when softened add can of rotel. Add mixture to halved peppers. Pop in oven 350 for 25 minutes.
