As a personal trainer, small business owner, and content creator, it's tough to find any real sort of work life balance. Burnout is almost inevitable when you have that many demanding things on your plate. This video is really just meant to take you through a day in my life, and break down my perspective. Unfortunately, I don't have much advice for dealing with burnout, as I am still dealing with it. That said, I hope to make a follow up video that focuses on burnout and my perspective, and hopefully things will be better by that point in time.
