Jeff from Sorta Healthy here! As personal trainers, we've always been told that it is important to assess clients and that we should be doing it all.the.time. For better or worse, over the years I’ve become increasingly anti-assessment. Well, I’m anti a certain type of assessment anyways, let me explain. Over the years as both a personal trainer and business owner, I've found a few things to be true. 1. Personal training clients don't want to give up a session to do an assessment. 2. As Fitness trainers we assess clients weekly during actual sessions so we don't need to make it "formal."  3. Many training clients don't actually care that much about their assessment results. With that, I'm sharing my newer and more streamlined personal training assessment process and if you already watched the video then you know this comes with some free forms too which can be downloaded below!
