Is there really a simple way to design a program that could work for any personal training client? The short answer is yes. Not only can you create these personal training programs simply, you can do quickly as well. This is always important because no matter how you slice it, time is money. So, in this video I’ll go over how I tackle program design as a personal trainer in my own studio, Commence Fitness (we’ve been using these methods for over a decade now) And I’ll even provide you with the forms that we use, that way you can do things the exact same way if you see fit. Program or workout design is something that many trainers overthink, and also that others put no effort into at all. There is a middle lane that is most effective for you, your business, and your clients, and that’s what we try to show here.
