In this Draconathon liveshow, I’m reading in real time with Jade Juniper and doing cozy, focused reading sprints while we chat all things dragon books. The whole vibe is very “academia but make it fantasy”—we’re here to motivate each other, hang out with the community, and actually make progress on our August TBR without the pressure. If you love a structured readathon but still want it to feel like a relaxed bookish catch-up, this liveshow is exactly that. I also walk through the Draconathon resources you can use to play along: the downloadable graphics and the card deck prompts (like “the knight” for knights & warriors, “the thinker” for dark/light academia and libraries, or “the world” for reading outside your country). On top of that, there are bonus prompts (Wyrm/Wyvern/Drake/Dragon) that lean into activities and little acts of care—because for me, readathons are always more fun when they feel immersive and a little game-like.
