In this video I’m officially announcing Draconathon—my August dragon readathon where we read #dragonbooks all month long and just fully lean into those cozy, epic, academia-ish fantasy vibes. I walk you through the FAQs first (so you know what it is, who it’s for, and how flexible it can be), and then I get into the heart of it: the Draconic Deck of Cards prompts. Think of it like a themed TBR game where you can pull cards and match books to prompts like knights & warriors, quests and adventure, found family, heists, rebellions, and even “beautiful book cover.” I also share the bonus “dragon” prompts (Wyrm, Wyvern, Drake, Dragon) that are more about activities and little life-magic moments—like doing something nostalgic, writing a letter, or acts of service—because I love when a readathon feels like a whole experience, not just a checklist.
