The Dr. Pen M8s style pen is, in my opinion, the closest you can get to an in-clinic microneedling experience at home when used properly. You get depth and speed control, and the single-use cartridges remove a lot of hygiene ambiguity. My issue isn’t results—it’s that treatments take ages and it’s painful enough that I don’t stay consistent.
