Had my heckles up a couple of times. ⭐ Narrative led, with mostly excellent voice actors throughout (keeps things immersive). ⭐ Art style/Graphics. Mostly too dark to see TBH, but it is done well. REVIEW Graphics: ✔️ Very reasonable graphics, does enough to evoke a mild bit of fear and hesitation. ✔️ Not photorealistic, but a decent artistic flair, giving extra thought to lighting and reflections. Audio: ✔️ Very good audio, does precisely what it needs to, to immerse you. ✔️ Mostly a quiet solum affair, but those creepy little noises break through at just the right time. ❌ Player footsteps were not that great, didn't sound quite right at all times. Performance: ✔️ Solid performance, just under 60FPS in 4K, but consistent throughout. Immersion: ✔️ Yes, I was immersed. I was freaked out and jump scared. Realism: ✔️ Realistic enough to be unsettling. ✔️ Some very graphic visuals and explanations throughout. ❌ Some quirky little moments that make you think: I thought Crowbars were tougher than that? Gameplay Systems: ✔️ Mostly point and click & working out the subtle clues. ✔️ Works well with keyboard and mouse, but seems geared towards controllers. Value for Money: ✔️ Excellent value for money at just under £10. Controls / Handling: ✔️ Simplistic, straight forward and easy to learn. ❌ A little frustration around clicking out of an inspection (esc: does not work). AI Behaviour: ✔️ No real AI to speak of, but the characters in the story are all believable & well acted. Developer Feedback 💡 Maybe have the lamp be adjustable (to increase immersion and unlock new clues).
